Cíara is a Chartered Psychologist & Lecturer in Sport Psychology at SETU Waterford. She was a member of Team Ireland’s science and medical support team at two Olympic and one Paralympic Games. Since 2017, she has led psychological services for the Jockey Pathway. Ciara has published in areas such as female jockeys, motherhood, injury recovery, weight management, and coping with the demands of a high-risk sport
