míde connect 2026: Empowering Career Growth for Women in Physical Activity, Exercise and Sport

Returning for its third year, the míde Connect Networking Event will take place at Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort, Cavan, bringing together women working across physical activity, exercise, health and sport for two days of connection, learning and inspiration. 


This year’s theme, “Empowering Career Growth as Women in Physical Activity, Exercise and Sport,” will explore how women across the sector can navigate career progression, lead through change, and shape the future of our field. 

The event will include a series of engaging and honest conversations with leaders and emerging voices in the sector, focusing on career development, leadership journeys, and the opportunities and challenges women experience across different stages of their careers. 

míde Connect also provides a valuable opportunity to connect with a growing community of women working across sport, exercise science, physical activity promotion, coaching, research and leadership. 

Whether you are early in your career, developing your leadership pathway, or supporting the next generation in the field, this event offers space to learn, share experiences, and build meaningful professional connections.

Friday 17 April Event programme from 10:00am – 3:30pmPlaces are limited and early registration is recommended.
