Méabh is an Assistant Professor in Sport Pedagogy at DCU's School of Health and Human Performance. A qualified PE teacher, she completed her PhD in Mary Immaculate College, focusing on physical activity interventions for adolescent girls. In 2024, she completed an MSc in Sports Performance Practice at ATU Donegal, expanding her interests to S&C, nutrition, and performance analysis.
