Tandy Jane Haughey is a Senior Lecturer in Coaching and Sports Development at Ulster University, demonstrating a robust profile in research, teaching, and academic enterprise. Her work primarily focuses on mental health and wellbeing in sport, women and girls' participation in sport, and physical literacy development, with significant contributions to policy and programme development in these areas.
