Ross is a lecturer in Sports Coaching and Sport & Exercise Science at Atlantic Technological University Galway City. Ross' research interests are based on understanding and developing coaching practice and coach development. Ross a PhD student at Loughborough University where his research focuses on developing coaches' use of feedback and reflective practice.
