The míde PGR event ‘3 Slides, 3 Minutes’ brought together 10 speakers for a fun, fast-paced hour of research sharing. Returning for its third year, the míde Connect Networking Event will take place at Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort, Cavan , bringing together women working across physical activity, exercise, health and sport for two days of connection, learning and inspiration. This year’s theme, “Empowering Career Growth as Women in Physical Activity, Exercise and Sport,” will explore how women across the sector can navigate career progression, lead through change, and shape the future
